Discussions with end-users have indicated the following: 1) Plugging has been a non-problem. Several of the users have difficult in situ conditions (Basin Electric) with no problems. 2) Maintenance costs have been normally extremely low (<$100/year). 3) Uptimes of +99.99% are normal.
