* Our WWW sites documents have what we want the world to know about CleanAir. If we are going to crow about it we need to get it right every time. About 10 CleanAir people have authorization to edit or add to these pages.

** The Greenleaf or cleanair.net pages are our official internal documents. We improve them from time to time using input from several sources including the Forum, Wiki and 4D.

**** The forum is a great place to introduce a new topic that needs to be discussed since there may be different ways the topic can be addressed. The forum can be added to by every CleanAir employee but editing contributions by others is not allowed.

**** The Wiki is a great place to tune up a new version of an existing WWW or Greenleaf document. It also is a good place to introduce a new procedure that needs a wide collabrative effort before becoming official.  The Wiki is TOTALLY OPEN so every CleanAir employee can contribute and edit documents. There is a record of every change and every change can be reversed. If only a small number of people need to collorabate on a document, the CleanAir Google.Net is a good place to start.

Google.Net is the CleanAir / Google Partnership and is an excellent way to share. Ask IT for a demonstration.

***** 4D Some people share information on 4D. It is not very user friendly unless you use it every day. Also, there is no place to see what databases are available. There is also not much online help but there is a place to communicate 4D problems.
