These Project Objective Tools can be used by everyone, especially:
1. A supplier of information for the creation of Project
Objectives
2. A creator of the Projective Objective statements
3. A customer of the Project Objective i.e. Field team
member
4. A facilitator of the Project Objective process
5. Anyone interested in Project Objectives or
similar processes.
It is CleanAir's AIM to be Highest Value.
I believe that if we can WOW our clients on every project
we will be successful beyond our wildest imagination.
A WOW project starts with a WOW objective. I know it takes
a lot more than good project objectives for success,
but I am keeping focus on objectives until we get it.
I have been trying to improve the CleanAir "Project
Objectives" for about 10 years. There are some lights
in the tunnel but it is still a long and dark tunnel. I
am going to keep trying new ideas until we find something
that works.
You should be aware of some of the CleanAir tools in place
today to help YOU improve the Project Objective process.
As a minimum you should be intimately familiar with the
following:
Project Initiation or Sales process tools for gathering
the information needed for a good objective.
