Company Wide Database Management System
This idea came from the Best Practices meeting. It was perceived by the Best
Practices team that a corporate wide system may be needed to reduce double
entry and provide access to the entire company. It was recommended by
the board that no new database software be purchased without the approval of
the board. A motion was made and seconded to have IT bring to
the board the standard and recommendation of what databases need to be linked
and to estimate the costs for each such link. The motion was
approved.

- Standard Policy on CleanAir Computer Systems should be addressed by board. In
the interim I Decree that Computer Systems for security, safety and data
integrity on all CleanAir database computers and all computers linked to
CleanAir database computers shall be the responsibility of Team 40. Please
establish and communicate the rules to make this happen. We need to
do this in a way that is standardized and beneficial to your customers.
- I see a need for a computer user guide to let people know what they should
do, could do, can do, can do with Team 40 help and should not do.
