Team 90 Enviromnmental Continuous Improvement Targets & Metrics

  • ELECTRICAL ENERGY USE REDUCTION RE UNIT OF SALES
  • NATURAL GAS ENERGY USE REDUCTION RE UNIT OF SALES
  • REDUCTION OF VOLITILE EMISSIONS PER UNIT OF SALES
  • REDUCTION OF VEHICLE MILEAGE PER UNIT OF  SALES
    • Company vehicles - establish metric system - read vehicle mileage every quarter

Policy:

Clean Air Engineering supports the concept of sustainable development and strives to do business with companies that are environmentally responsible. We will continually identify ways to reduce our negative impact on the global environment. We will employ both innovation and continuous improvement approaches for Pollution Prevention and Pollution Control with a target of zero for each pollutant. We will quantify and publish our progress annually.

Environmental Guidance:

  • We will not knowingly violate any environmental laws unless it part of a publicly defined strategy to overturn bad legislation or bad regulation.
  • We will proactively fight bad environmental regulation.
  • We will never compromise our integrity by being involved in any way with efforts to violate or circumvent the letter or the spirit of the law.
  • We will be an advocate for the legal rights of our clients and will secure and safeguard all data and results paid for by our clients unless directed otherwise by them in writing.
  • We will benchmark off the best when issuing our annual environmental report. (See Eastman Chemical’s Annual Environmental Report)
