For the 1^st quarter, all teams participating in the Pain & Profit Sharing Plan shall have in place a Customer Feedback process that includes:

• proactive customer feedback solicitation
• customer feedback capture for proactive, reactive and other types
• customer feedback analysis with opportunity identification and qualification
• communication of process data (graph) and results (story) on theCleanAirIntranet

To qualify for the 1^st quarter 2000 QIP points the team Customer Feedback plan must be online before Jan 14, 2000 with data online by Apr 1, 2000.
