• A Bachelor's degree in something related to what we do or an amazing "school of hard knocks" story.
• 3-5 years experience with an attitude of "just do it" with data for proof.
• The ability to work under pressure and still have fun.
• Can look at everyday as "another day in paradise" and motivate others to do the same regardless of how bad it seems.

• Self starter
• Can lead, delegate and do whatever is required.
• Must take both Wonderlic tests and score higher on both than Bill Walker.
• Must have a high "I" and "D" on the DISC test or be amazing in every other way.
• Must speak English.
• Must be amazing.

• Does not use meaningless terms as fillers to prevent others from speaking during transitions to a new subject.
• Can ask leading questions (Not yes and no answer questions).
