CAE's main corporate goal is to find ways we can increase our client's bottom line or net worth on ever project?
Step one for our new clients is to identify ways we can be the lowest total cost provider to get focus off of price.
Step two for our existing clients is to target benefits of 2 time our project price on every project to qualify for a prefered provider or master service agreement.
Step three for our multi-year partners/customer is to identify and deliver benefits of 10 time our annual revenue and then to share in these benefits.
