That’s right.  The controlled condensation method does not specify a leak rate criteria.  In those cases, CleanAir’s policy is to default to Method 5 criteria.

 

Method 5 only allows a leak rate of 4% of the average sampling rate (the 0.02 cfm that we all know is actually just a special case).  You sampled at a rate of 7cf ÷ 30 minutes = 0.23 cfm.  4% of this is only 0.009cfm.  You are at 0.015cfm…time to prep another train.
