How to get your first password

Although it may seem strange the method is:

When you get to the log in page enter your email address (firstname_lastname@cleanair.com) then click lost password button.

You will recieve a temporary password by email within 5 minutes.

Log in using the temporary password.

Select Preferences>Change Password and change your password to one only you know.

Protect your password. Don't select automatic form (password) filling if there is any chance anyone else could have access to your computer.

Quick Start

1. Set up your preferences

2. Read a few discussions. You should be able to see the CleanAir Internal Forum. Other forums are hidden until you sign up for them with Scott Evans or Eric Campbell but there is a brief description of each which you should be able to see. Participation in our forums is based on the need to know. If you think you should be a participant in another forum please send an email request to Scott or Eric with your need.

3. Take the Quick Help tour

4. Don't start a new discussion if one already exists on your topic

5. Set up your Message Center

6. Go to the discussion which is of most interest to you and enter a reply or start a new topic.

7. Sharing your knowledge and opinions is a CleanAir value. Don't hide your light in a bucket. Be a part of our success. Make a difference or get a Harley. You will need to tell your grand children what you did in life. The forum is a good place to start something new.
