CONFERENCE ROOM PROCEDURE
Room Reservation
Conference Rooms are available on a first come basis. If you need to reserve a room for a
later time place a note on the table or white board:
- meeting
time and date
- your
name
- purpose
of your meeting
- number
of attendees expected
- note
whether you are flexible or must have this specific room
Time of Meeting
- Your
room supplier is the group that used it last. If it is not up to expectations they will want to know.
Conclusion of Conference:
- Before
leaving disposed of debris, clean table and arrange chairs neatly under
the table.
- Remove
any food to fridge and wet garbage container in lunch room.
- Turn
the lights off. If there are down spots on the table, set these at 30%
using the dimmer switch unless you want to save energy.
- Return
all audio and video equipment.
