Clean Air Engineering, Inc. Signs Agreement with Energy & Environmental Measurement Corp. to CROSS-MARKET Products for Stack Gas Flow Monitoring AND STACK Sample Delivery

Palatine, IL, November 6^th, 2002 - EEMC Corp. the leading source of stack gas flow monitors for the electric power and industrial utility industry, and Clean Air Engineering Inc. (CleanAir), have entered into an agreement for CleanAir's subsidiary CleanAir Europe to assemble and market the Energy & Environmental Measurement Corp (EEMC) Gas Flow Monitor (GFM) in Europe and Africa. In addition EEMC will market the CleanAir Express line of sample gas conditioners in the Western Hemisphere. This Agreement will result in broadening the delivery capability for CleanAir Express products and EEMC GFM in the rapidly growing environmental market of stack emissions measurement.

CleanAir Europe will assemble the EEMC GFM in Marseilles France to CE mark requirements and offer these products in Europe and Africa.

EEMC will offer the CleanAir Express line sample gas conditioners in North and South America.
