Conference Room Reservation

Conference Rooms are available on a first come basis.  If you need to reserve a room for a later time place a note on the table or white board with:

  • meeting time and date

  • your name

  • purpose of your meeting

  • number of attendees expected and name of outside organization if appropriate

  • note whether you are flexible or must have this specific room

Meeting Room Feedback

  • Your room supplier is the group that used it last.  If it is not up to expectations they will want to know.

Conclusion of Conference:

  • Before leaving disposed of debris, clean table and arrange chairs neatly under the table.  Remove any food to fridge or wet garbage container in lunch room.

  • Clean the white board.

  • Turn the lights off. If there are down spots on the table, set these at 30% using the dimmer switch unless you want to save energy.

  • Return all audio and video equipment.
