That said, the key to any assistance is that
it's got to be time/cost effective -- for example, if I have to spend
an hour fixing someone's bad directions when I could have written the
directions myself in 30 minutes it isn't a good use of anyone's
time. ...also problematic, getting someone up to speed on a topic
has got to be taken into account - if you are already familiar with a
topic or if you are a quick learner or if you are just willing to
struggle through the issue on your own & learn things from scratch,
then things may work out well...
