Best Practice Team People

Leadership Help

The Aim of this program is to help all CleanAir Employees aim high and to achieve their desired professional goals. We strive to develop successful professional leaders, well rounded people who are active in community and global issues.

We hope this best practice initiative makes a positive difference in most of our lives.

thin blue line

1.  We start by looking back to see what differences CleanAir has made on the lives of some of the people we have touched.  We will talk to some people to see what was helpful and what was not.

We will also involve the families.  We want to explore the the great, the good, the bad and the ugly.

We need input on what to ask, who to ask and where to find them.

Initial plans to find these people:

Online CleanAir alumni discussion forum.

Online survey form for survey.

Ask all present employees and alumni for whom we have addresses to do survey.

2. We will look at what others are doing for career path development.

Intranet

Local companies

Our employees who have worked at other places.

The Fortune Magazine 100 Best Companies to Work For 2004 and over the prior 5 years. How do they support career paths.

Great Place to Work® Institute's Best Companies

3. We will survey present CleanAir people to see what they would like and try to select common needs that are value based.

4. We will do all of this as transparently as possible while encouraging input from everyone.
