For the 1st quarter of 2000, all Teams participating in the Pain & Profit Sharing Plan will develop and have in place a written program for innovation. This program must be posted on the intranet by January 21, 2000. At a minimum, this program should feature brainstorming opportunities like regularly scheduled meetings, methods for capturing random innovative ideas and ideas developed from the brainstorming opportunities, methods for evaluating those ideas, methods for implementation, and methods for communication.

It is recommended that some of the small teams that have only one or two people, have brainstorming meetings with their stakeholders.
